Flashback
As far as I know, that's the first and only episode of the series where the story is mostly told in flashback. Besides Yves Rénier as Moulin, the lead character is Anthony Delon, some kind of a gentleman thief who dies in his prison cell, after seemingly hanging himself. The story begins with this and Moulin tells the story to one of his colleague. The whole episode is not a flashback, but I don't think I had seen it before. There are actually two parts in this episode, one focusing on Anthony Delon and the other part speaking of snuff movies, another subject never evoked before, again as far as I know. Alain Delon's son tries to imitate his father's way of acting, and he almost makes it. He is convincing, poignant. Good story for the usual family audiences, smart and not cheesy. One excellent scene, when two villains, high scale executives, rotten, corrupted officials, talk whilst walking in front of a gigantic glass tank where sharks are obviously watchable to create a metaphor. See what I mean? Two legged sharks talking closely to swimming sharks.
