- TriviaSusan Hanson and Tony Adams appears at the very end of this episode as the two people on set in Venice, applauding Noel Gordon. The two actors where both part of the cast of the original Crossroads (1964).
- GoofsWhist in Venice Noele is telling Tony Adams about her men over the years. She tells him about a soldier proposing to her during an air-raid when she was 18. Given she was born in Dec 1919 this would have made it no later than the end of 1938 when WWII didn't start till September 1939 and air raids over the UK didn't start until 1940.
- Quotes
Noele Gordon: I was sacked because I am a bully. Because I'm a prima donna. Because I'm delusional. I make people go through hell. I'm a fly in the ointment. It appears I was sacked because I'm a difficult asset.

What Nolly did next
This is very much the 'What Nolly did next' episode of the three parter, and while it all becomes a bit of a rushed affair towards the end, this remains another good episode of the mini series.
Overall it's been a good affair, and I'm sure ITV will be chuffed with it. It's on ITVx as well, in case you haven't noticed from the seemingly endless promo.
Helena Bonham Carter has held it all together wonderfully, and while I'm not totally convinced by the casting, who else was there?
Russell T Davies could never be described as being a subtle writer, so does whack us over the head with a few points repeatedly, but on the whole I enjoyed this series.
