Multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter and producer vaultboy continues his recent string of releases with his new single, “where tf have you been?”. The song follows vaultboy enjoying the rush of a new love, while simultaneously dealing with the frustration of not finding said love earlier.
“This song is about loving someone so much that you’re actually mad that they didn’t come into your life sooner. It’s sarcastic and dramatic and was a lot of fun to make. I hope it can be one of the songs people blast in the car when they’re with their significant other having a good time,” said vaultboy.
Dubbed “the King of Sad Songs” by Rolling Stone, vaultboy is no stranger to being vulnerable and wearing his heart on his sleeve. This time, vaultboy takes a more playful and comedic approach, delivering an uptempo track with electronic tendencies. His latest release follows “everything,...

Noah Kahan has tapped Gracie Abrams for a new version of his song, “Everywhere, Everything.”
Originally released as the seventh track on Kahan’s 2022 album, Stick Season, the new cut of “Everywhere, Everything” turns the apocalyptic love song into a duet, with Kahan singing the first verse and Abrams helming the second. As the tune reaches its climax, the folk pop arrangement blooms with an anthemic quality and the artists sing the oh-so-romantic lyrics overtop: “Everywhere, everything, I wanna love you/ ‘til we’re food for the worms to eat/ ‘til our fingers decompose, keep my hands in yours.”
Kahan first began teasing the new cut on TikTok last week, sharing a video thanking his fans for supporting him this past year with the caption “Thanksgiving surprise” and a snippet of the duet. Later, he shared a clip of himself playing banjo over the new version, as well as a...

Netflix’s Italian arm is hunting for anti-heroes.
During a session here at Mia Market in Rome, Netflix Vice President of Italian Originals Eleanora ‘Tinny’ Andreatta said Italy had been traditionally starved of characters from the “imperfect hero to the rough hero” and wanted more of these tropes in her local programs.
Appearing alongside Netflix Emea chief Larry Tanz, she pointed to Everything Calls for Salvation, a drama about a troubled young man who is forced to spend a week in a mental hospital, only to find friendship and love from his fellow patients.
It’s loosely based on Daniele Mencarelli’s novel of the same name and directed by Francesco Bruni, and launches on Netflix tomorrow globally. Audiences members in Italy seemed enthused by a trailer of the show, which has hints of One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis recently had two planes filled with migrants flown to Martha Vineyard, and “Late Show” host Stephen Colbert had plenty to say about the “hate stunt.”
“One guy who’s got an odd way of celebrating Hispanic heritage is Florida Governor Ron DeSantis,” Colbert said shortly after opening his Thursday night monologue on CBS.
Colbert had plenty of jokes about DeSantis’ decision – which the governor recently claimed was because Florida isn’t a “sanctuary state.” But the late-night host’s first one addressed the beauty of the location the migrants were flown to.
“Hey, Ron, if you’re trying to discourage immigration, maybe don’t send people to one of the loveliest parts of New England, just in time for leaf peeping season,” Colbert quipped.
