- TriviaSotto Voce is an Italian expression indicating to speak in a soft voice, in an undertone, like when whispering sweet words to a lover in moments of intimacy, to share a secret, to offer a suggestion, to deliver a threat to someone while avoiding being overheard by anyone else except the sole person the message is meant for.
The title "Sotto Voce" title in Italian could indeed lead to the literal translation of "Under The Voice" in English, since the entire episode is has The Voice (the main villain of Season 3 episode 15), is back and trying to exact his revenge on Harold, keeping everyone under his rules once more.
- GoofsIn the opening scene the coyote (person smuggling someone across the border) tells the family he was transporting to "walk northeast about ten miles." The US is one of only three countries (along with Liberia and Myanmar) that don't use the metric system, so they should have mentioned a distance in kilometers given that they're south of the Mexico/US border (as evidenced by the license plate on the truck and their instructions to head northeast towards the border). Since the coyote's truck had Texas license plates he is all probability a U.S. citizen and would be used to telling people distances in miles, not kilometers.

The Voice
In Mexico, two coyotes force a family to leave their truck to walk through the desert to the border. However, Shaw is also in the truck and subdues the men and gives the key of the truck to the family. In New York City, The Machine delivers the number of the locksmith Terry Easton, and Reese follows him. He sees Easton breaking in an investment company to install a bomb inside, but he arrests the man. He brings Easton to the precinct to interrogate him, and Easton says that his wife was abducted to force him to install the bomb. Immediately after, Reese receives a phone call saying that Easton failed, and Finch identifies that the man is The Voice. When Finch locates Easton's wife in a building, Reese goes with the bomb squad, but it is a trap, and two agents are wounded. In the police station, Easton receives a message to release the Templarios members from the cells, but Reese stops him. Meanwhile, Finch asks Elias who might be manufacturing the bombs, and Elias takes him to an abandoned school where they meet Raul. Elias persuades him to tell the required information. Due to the bombs' threats, the police station is empty and only Reese and Fusco, Amir Saddiq, who is in Fusco's custody and Easton, who is under Reese's protection, are there. When the Templarios gang attack the detectives, they discover who The Voice is. Meanwhile, Root finds Shaw in the Central Park and needs to convince her that this is not a simulation.
"Sotto Voce" is another fantastic episode of "Person of Interest", where another loose ends are being tied up. The criminal The Voice, from "Last Call" (Ep: 3.15) is finally discovered and eliminated in the end. Now Fusco knows about the Samaritan and Shaw is back to the team. Unfortunately, there are only a few episodes to end this outstanding series. My vote is ten.
