Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny (2023)
Meh
This was a pretty underwhelming finale for Indiana Jones.
It was never more than mildly entertaining.
The de-aged Indy at the beginning was probably the best part of the movie. If the beginning of the movie is the high bar that's not a good sign. It was a lot of by the numbers connect the dots plot points. A few characters were brought back to check a few boxes off for nostalgia but they served no purpose. The new characters weren't very likable and the villains were just a few Nazis with guns. I never felt like anyone was in danger and when the cameo character was killed I didn't care.
Props and respect to whomever did the set design. It really captured the look and feel of the era. If I had paid full price at the theaters I would have been really mad.
Star Trek: The Next Generation: Unification II (1991)
Terrible overhyped episode
This was about as entertaining as Star Trek V. The most anticlimactic 2-parter. The needless re-insertion of Sela...the most unnecessary and quickly forgotten character of TNG...made it even worse.
There could have been many interesting ways to bring Spock back...this wasn't one of them.
Enterprise: A Night in Sickbay (2002)
The point of no return for Enterprise
Watching this was like watching a train wreck in slow motion. Archer came across as arrogant and unprofessional and was willing to cause a diplomatic incident over his dog. So many WTH am I really seeing this moments and not in a good way.
Batwoman (2019)
Really tried
I really wanted to like this show.
A season long arc that should have been 4 episode max. So painful.
So many ridiculous decisions and bad acting.
And cliched music.
