Star Trek: Picard: Võx (2023)
Still a perfect season
Probably the best episode of the entire series and a perfect buildup to what could be a fantastic finale. Literally the only way they can screw this up is if Wesley somehow saves everyone at the end. But in all seriousness, I really appreciate how they brought almost all of the cast together in such clever ways. Even bringing back an old guest star and literally pointing out the irony of what she was doing was genius. The writers deserve a ton of credit making such a great season, especially since following one of the worst ideas from season 2 which was not having it in space... I'm glad I didn't give up like I did with Discovery.
Star Wars: The Clone Wars: The Bad Batch (2020)
Great start
I liked the episode. Lots of action and a cool start to a new arc. Only criticism I have is the hundreds of battle droids that couldn't hit a single target. Perhaps in the future the empire just put white armor on these guys and called them Stormtroopers? Seriously, they could have added a few clones into the mix that die.
Star Trek: Discovery: Such Sweet Sorrow, Part 2 (2019)
Answers a lot of questions
Finally some closure. This episode was badly needed as it not only ties all of the season together but also answers some questions that have been nagging me since the show started. Overall the episode was great - lots of combat, drama and a good amount of humor. Nothing seemed forced or too cheesy.
Spoiler - The only thing I thought was stupid was with the Admiral and the blast door. They could have found a better reason to have that door be closed from the inside. I'm pretty sure even I could have figured out how to manually pull a lever from the inside. Anyone ever hear of rope? Other than that, this episode was perfect
Lost: The End: Part 1 (2010)
Where's the rating?
Why can't I rate this episode? Are they afraid of how low it's going to be compared to the other episodes? This episode was about what I expected...nothing special. You could tell about a month ago that they weren't going to answer all of the questions. Halfway through the season they were still busy adding MORE questions! The last few episodes were nothing more than walking from place to place and minor skirmishes at each one...none of them answering any valuable questions except of course for the Jacob and MIB episode. That episode was even worthless because now MIB looks like the good guy and we're all now stuck wondering why he was considered so "evil". All he wanted to do was get off the island like everyone else. Is he evil because murderous fake mom said so??? Boy, she was sure a saint! Heck, we never even knew his name, nor knew why the writers hid it all this time.
So now it's over...same questions still unanswered...the alternate storyline is practically worthless since none of it is real...Jack died and Hugo is now protecting the island with the most crooked person in the show as his sidekick(but he's not evil at all folks!)...oh yeah and then there's the final scene with the wreckage. Wait a second! This all makes perfect sense now!
