Written and produced by Richard R. Ridgely, involving love episodes which threaten the plans of the obdurate heads of neighboring families. Some very emotional scenes are visualized, and selfish fathers crush the hopes and ambitions of their progeny to accomplish their own ends. The unreasonable parents' cabal results, ultimately, ten years later, in a providential incident which restores "The Lost Melody" and reunites the lovers.
