A two-part photo drama featuring Marin Sais, supported by an all-star Kalem cast. George H. Melford has given it careful direction. There is a great amount of heart interest displayed in the various scenes and a drunken husband causes much sorrow in the life of a faithful and suffering wife. The plot covers twenty years. The poor woman eventually dies in the arms of her son, although he does not know that she is his mother. An interesting offering. - The Moving Picture World, September 5, 1914
