Dolph Lundgren stars as Jack Caine a renegade cop who teams up with a stiff FBI agent Lawrence Smith (Brian Benben) to take down a drug dealer from outerspace. ICIP's standard plot elements wouldn't challenge a head of lettuce, but some great actionscenes, a sense of humor and a few interesting twists make ICIP rise above most Cop movies. Dolph Lundgren may not be the world's next Steve McQueen but him and Brian Benben share good chemistry that make the cliches' not seem like cliches.
