This is defienetly one of the sleaziest films ever made but an important one. This shows the life of a corrupt cop that hates his own life and tries to destroy himself with drugs/hookers/gambling. He doesn't care about anyone except his himself which shows when he swears in front of kids and tries to steal Cocaine from a crime scene. This is very realistic and gritty film with an outstanding performance from Keitel. This film is not for the weak stomached and easily offended.
