I think everyone agrees with me when I say that Sarah Polley is a wonderful actress and that she is great in this film. I kind of liked this film up until the ending when I realised that Polley's character has "changed" but the viewers never get to see _how_ she has changed. The only reason I see for her conversion to anti-racism is the fact that she doesn't like violence. But, if I'm not totally wrong here, she can _still_ be a racist and pro-segregation even if she doesn't like violence. Hmm, what I wanted to know was why she changed her views on this matter and I never got to find out. I'm confused.
