A real turning point
31 August 1999
Antonello De Leo, for his first feature film, choose a difficult subject, in which is easy to repeat the same old gay cliches. Instead he built a funny and well done ambiguous comedy. The screenplay is good and pleasant: it doesn't make platitudinous the very frequent unexpected events, leading the audience in an irresistible twister. This movie marks a real turning point in the gay italian cinema: you can just look at "Come mi vuoi" and "Uomini uomini uomini" to notice it.
