Review of Urban Legends: Final Cut

I enjoyed the first film in this series quite a bit but this follow up effort, set in film school is truly terrible. Aside from the fact that the filmmakers don't seem to have ever set foot in an actual film school, the story has many flaws the most glaring being that the characters are all flat, uninteresting and badly acted. The direction and cinematography are equally hackneyed and the gore effects, once the saving grace of this sort of bad horror effort, are just so-so. Avoid at all costs, go rent the original instead.
