Yes he looks terrible. Yes he's dressed terrible. Yes, Prabhu is probably there to make the superstar look good! But damn i had a good time!! You have to see this in Chennai with the masses and you ll know what I'm talking about. Its just the feel good factor, the enormous fun you end up having that makes a Rajni movie what it is.
Even though this is a shadow of his movies pre Baba, I guess the masses wanted "the rajni effect" so bad that even a passable movie has become a huge hit. I really hope that he does something about his appearance though :(.
The supporting cast have done a decent job though. Jyotika has done well. Vadivelu combines smoothly with the superstar. The frames lacked the opulence that is associated with his movies however, something that was so noticeable in Baba as well.
