Not only was this movie predictable but it also didn't fit its genre. Big Momma's 2 is pretty much a repeat of Big Momma's 1. which is already bad enough because Big Momma's 1 had no plot, and not funny. OK... maybe a tad bit funnier than Big Momma's 2, but definitely not worth renting.
the jokes are very dumb and trite. but my guess is that this movie wasn't meant for adults in the first place but for little kids, as in eight year olds to 12 year olds.
bottom line, unless you are ridiculously bored, as i was when i watched it on the plane, then go ahead and watch it. but please do not rent it if you have other choices.
