I was afraid I'd miss this show, since I don't subscribe to Showtime, but a friend of mine does. I have watched all the episodes to date and must say I am impressed. While I am a TV snob and won't watch network TV at all, I will admit to being an avid fan of "Six Feet Under". So, I was prone to like Michael C. Hall in this series. In fact, I may have cut him some slack. I didn't have to. He has played this part with wonderful nuance and humor. His narrations are excellent. His facial pallet is subtle, funny and sometimes just plain scary. He's also a buffed, sexually appealing character who is also sexually dysfunctional. The writing is as good as it gets. The supporting cast is uniformly talented and at times impressive. Lauren Velez and C. S. Lee stand out. The special effects are chilling. I hope this gets another season. I'm hooked. Catch it, if you can.
