Like another commenter wrote, this show was way ahead of its time. It was the best thing on TV, and my wife and I had never seen anything like it; we were stunned when it suddenly stopped airing, with no warning or explanation.
One thing I disagree with is the notion of Profit being evil. The show didn't stay on the air long enough for us to find out what he was. The end of Profit was much like when Twin Peaks ended after the second season, leaving many questions unanswered, but in this case we were justing starting to find out what the questions were. Oh, well. I guess we'll just never know.
