My son and I watched this, he was so upset because the chicken was killed in the beginning of the movie, he cried the entire length of the movie, I wasn't sure what to say or do, but I wondered if other children were bothered by it. I encouraged him to watch the rest of the movie to see that the other chickens did get away. I know that it's life for farm animals but could not get him to understand this. For this reason the movie was not a smash hit with me or my son.
I just wanted to express my thoughts,which is just mine. I know most kids really enjoyed the movie, however, it really bothered my child. Thanks
