Angel? He's up, he's down. He's good, he's bad. He's a barrel of dead monkeys - My favorite non-Darla episode of season 2. The reasons why I love the episode is that it the develops the characters and it also manages to be quite intense and dark. 'Lindsey's rivalry with 'Lilah' is always fun, the firm obviously prefers him and decide to give him a new hand, but the hand starts acting all crazy and keeps writing the word KILL. Eventually he and 'Angel' team up (Which is hilarious, they act like school-children) and destroy all the transplants. It's too bad 'Lindsey' left LA, but at least it gave space for 'Lilah' to grow and his exit was perfect - COPS SUCK!. The episode also developed the 'Cordy' storyline, her visions get more vivid and are starting to take their toll. Fantastic episode, I love Christian Kane's singing. LINDSEY: If you're here to kill me, grab ya a ticket and get in line. ANGEL: Oh, I really like this truck. '56, right? First year they had that wrap-around windshield. You know, back in the fifties we all thought life was gonna be like in the Jetsons by now. Air cars, robots. I'd love to have an air car. Wouldn't that be cool? LINDSEY: So, you're here to talk me to death? ANGEL: Nah, I just came here to say, things don't always work out like you think. I bet Wolfram and Hart aren't too happy losing one of their best and their brightest. LINDSEY: Yeah, well, let 'em come try to stop me. It'll be fun. (10 out of 10)
