I don't know why they had to make Crank 2. I think Crank was good enough on it's own. When I saw that this was coming out, I had no intentions to see it. Well obviously I did see it because I'm writing a review. This is actually not bad. It's not great either but this is a good B-movie.
This movie takes off right where the first one ended. Chev Chelios gets taken away and his heart removed. It was replaced with an artificial heart. Now Chev's mission is to get his heart back or else he will die.
The acting is not too bad. Jason Statham kicks butt like he does in every movie. Amy Smart is still pretty. I thought casting that Chinese guy was dumb because I think he has mentally ill problems and he annoyed me.
This movie kind of seems like a video game. I guess that's good in a way. I really liked the action though. I rate this film 7/10.
