I won't say this show is not entertaining. Not surprising, I was rather enjoying it and didn't feel that "Dads" was fully wasting my time. The problem is that "Dads" is just some, same difference. I couldn't turn off my brain from thinking where this scene is from? Alas, yeah, can't not remember.
Acting was good, the actors are the troupers. The evil is in the script. This show has a potential, it could go south or north depending on the script. No holes if only a little on the accuracy in relation to the premise or characters. Though it lacks the freshness and crispiness of Modern Family or Happy Endings, or the sincerity of "Friends". It felt "Dads" is more on the minimalism side, maybe that could be the success angle to where this show going to last.
