Good casting: the leads are not only attractive, they become more appealing as the movie goes on, because they take on their roles so well. Good chemistry. They have a nice natural style.
Cute soundtrack: reminds me of Disney/Pixar's UP. Think Russell & his quest for badges.

Not too cheesy: Although I named my own daughter Noelle (Noelani), I'm glad that no main character in the movie was named Rudolf, Chris, Holly, Sandy Claus, Jingle Belle... or even Noelle.
Overall, it's super-cute! It gets cuter every time I see it.
