I found it tough to take this film seriously. I mean the acting was great. But everything else seemed to be uninspired. And Lior Ashkenazi looked like Steve Carrell. It had too much of a Guy Ritchie hangover.
A lot of the twists were quite predictable. The film never really rises above a certain level. Some of the jokes made me chuckle. But its not like RESERVOIR DOGS or anything. It does not hit you hard. Its just dull most of the time. But the actors were excellent. Especially Tzahi Grad.
And the title sequence was very impressive. The film did promise a lot. But in the end, it does not amount to much.
