Plot In A Paragraph: On Halloween 2005 Barney wants to take Ted with him to a Victoria Secret's Party, but Ted heads for a party on the roof of his apartment house, where a few years ago met a beautiful woman, which is just called the "slutty pumpkin". Whose number he lost so he waits for her every year at this party. Robin and her new boyfriend Mike meet for a Double Date with Lily and Marshall, who are eager to win the fancy dress costume contest.
Watching Barney Stinson (an unbelievably fun Neil Patrick Harris) try and get the prettiest girl at the party's number is fantastic and it makes this episode as much fun as it is. Cobie Smulders was a problem for me in this episode, her acting seemed really off and uncomfortable. Josh Radnor was OK as Ted while the brilliant Jason Segel and Alyson Hannigan are as excellent as always.
