We Robin continues to be a crazy girlfriend who suspects Barney of cheating (although it is not surprising) and even breaks into his suitcase. But it leads to a story with a great idea that is also somewhat funny. This also shows how Barney wants to be in the relationship with her, they just do it with him a bit less crazy than with her. And there are some funny facts like distracting angry Robin with penguins. And of course the "you are an idiot" at the end of the episode was pretty cute.
The second story is not as good. They just seem to have had no idea and put in this little joke, but over the whole episode it was not fun anymore and even the fact that Marshall is adorable didn't help.
