I really love this episode. I love themed episodes, so this one being Halloween, was automatically going to be really enjoyable for me. But this episode is more enjoyable than I thought it would be. It's very different, and just really awesome.
In this episode, it's Halloween, and everyone's getting ready for a fun night of dressing up. Ted, as usual, dresses in a Hanging Chad (if that's how you spell it) costume, because that's what he does every year. He goes up to the rooftop party in his apartment building, and waits for the Slutty Pumpkin. A girl he met years ago, who really connected with him, and who's number he never got. Now he goes there every year, hoping she'll be there as well. Robin, and her new boyfriend go on a double date with Lily, and Marshall, which ended up being a hilarious situation. And Barney is upset that Ted didn't want to go to a Victoria's Secret party. Poor Barney.
