I have 2 theories as to why Glen is not dead.
Theory 1
Glenn is not dead. I watched the scene multiple times. When glen falls on his back his jacket opens and hes wearing a GREY shirt that is exposed. When you see the walkers eating you can see its over a tan jacket (the same kind Nicholas was wearing.). Yes they were both wearing tan-like colored jackets but you can clearly see glens grey shirt exposed when he falls on his back. Then the walkers attack Nicholas via the tan- like jacket. If you watch closely you can almost see that the jacket is above glens body.
Theory 2
IMDb shows him as a cast member for 3 more confirmed episodes (by name) and the remainder of the episodes in this season.
