If you have been a fan of Season 6, then you probably thought this episode was, at least, very good. If you have not been a fan of Season 6, then, as you have done all season, will think this is another "bad" episode. This episode was INCREDIBLE.
We finally received full clarity on a major characters fate, which many of the same people who have not liked this season will complain about.
The conversations that should have happened right after Rick arrived in Alexandria after fighting off the Wolves and numerous walkers finally took place.
We get a glimpse into the scattered mindsets of the Alexandrians, who fall into 2 categories: Hate Rick, Join Rick. They are going to have to fully commit to one of those mindsets as things are going to "move too fast" in the Mid-Season Finale, as one Alexandrian put it.
So here's what I loved...
-Carol's vigilance.
Here's what I didn't love...
In conclusion, we have to remember all TV shows are giant movies, meant to be seen without week long breaks. So when I review individual episodes, I am taking the entire season into account. Every episode in between the Premiere, Mid-Season and Finale have their role, and this season has done very well in filling each and every role. The filler episodes have been superb because they have been doing their job, setting up the Mid-Season AND Season Finales, all at the same time.

- Rosita stepping up.
- Rick softening up,very slightly.
- Morgan's internal struggle.
-Carol's vigilance.
- The growing drama between the Alexandrian's stupidity and Rick's "hard to swallow" leadership.
- Glenn's father-like relationship with Enid.
Here's what I didn't love...
- Glenn is still a good person. (He almost died, he should be SUPER annoyed, but proves to be very patient with Enid.)
- Deanna's grieving cycle went all too fast for someone who lost her son, husband, and conviction to live. She found the latter just last episode.
