A hen lays eggs and one egg hatches into an ostrich. The ostrich is very curious and lands himself in trouble. He finds a moving water hose and tries to attack it but loses and he also gets his head stuck in a hole.
A weasel tries to make him his dinner but when he eats the lightblub and the fireworks, the weasel can't take it anymore. The ostrich's fireworks explode attacking the weasel and damaging him. The hen reunites with the ostrich. One of his fireworks says Eat Sloppy Joes as the cartoon ends.
