Review of Sing Me a Song

Carl lures Jesus that jumps off the truck and when the truck stops, he tries to kill Negan. However he fails and kills two Saviors instead. Surprisingly Negan does not kill him and takes a tour with Carl in the facilities where the Saviors live. He humiliates Carl to break him and shows how the internal rules are complied with. Meanwhile Rick and Aaron scavenge supplies for the Saviors. Rosita forces Eugene to manufacture a bullet for her. Father Gabriel disagrees with Spencer's view about Rick and leaves him alone in his car on the road. Michonne captures one Savior and asks the woman to take her to Negan. But the question of this episode is what will be the fate of Carl?

"You Sing Me a Song" is a great episode of "The Walking Dead" with the participation of a great number of characters. So far, Rick's behavior is the disappointing part of this season. Rick is a warrior and a survivor since the very first episode and it is difficult to accept how docile he is without plotting to defeat Negan. On the other hand, Carl's bravery but thoughtless attitude may bring new deaths to Alexandria. Daryl and Dwight are time bombs ready to explode. Jeffrey Dean Morgan performs a despicable Negan capable to irritate the most passive viewer. Now we have to wait for some respect from the producers to see the conclusion of this fine show. My vote is nine.
