Honestly, whenever it was on, it really makes you laugh and as someone who lives in rural Ireland, there is a connection that the whole series takes place in Boyle where Chris O'Dowd grew up in! Seriously, Boyle badly needs to be remembered as a nice little town in which it has potential to make it into a tourist attraction!
Anyways Chris O'Dowd really does well in an Irish comedy series, I am really surprised he wasn't involved with Father Ted in the 1990's. David Rawle as the boy is such a great little actor, he is one of the best Irish young actors out there who I can see a future for him and I'm not kidding!
This is a really great series that you have to watch regardless if you are Irish or not! It makes you laugh your head off and I give this TV series 8/10!
