THE SPOOKIES is yet another example of indie filmmakers screwing around and having a good time, leaving nothing even resembling a proper movie in their wake. It's essentially a single room story with lots of beer drinking, ham dialogue, random behaviour, and a few masked figures. Junk, in other words.
