Mulder (David Duchovny) and Scully (Gillian Anderson) find themselves reassigned to investigate a bomb threat after the X-Files project is terminated. But of course the bomb threat leads them to a conspiracy and they are back on the trail of the strange and unusual, with the inevitable cover-up.
Well paced and exciting with some good performances and an improvement in the production values over the TV series.
This film is obviously much more enjoyable if you have at least a passing familiarity with the television series, my complaints such as they are, concern the latter half of the story and credibility being stretched a little to far even for an X-File.
