One of the main focuses of this film is based on PTSD. Our main lady (Gina Holden) who had previously served in the military is now a paramedic. One night, She fails to save a man during a robbery. The film skips to 10 years later where she and her husband and teenage daughter move to start their lives over. She battles PTSD for years and then decides to go back to work. She is unaware that her husbands new boss (Sarah Aldrich) is that man's vengeful widow and her teenage son begins to get close with the new girl. His mother suffers from PTSD as well, but doesnt seek help for hers and let's the hate and rage consume her until she wants that family dead at any cost.
Pretty decent lifetime film here
