Trying to cash in on a trend here, Cannon films makes a terrible knock off of their own Breakin' using rap instead of break dancing. The raps are slow, plodding, and terrible and the plot is a by the numbers evil land developer story. It's shot in a perfunctory way and is just so embarrassing on every level. I'd rather watch Breakin' and Breakin' 2 back to back ten times then watch this again.
