STASH HOUSE marks a new low for action star Dolph Lundgren, who's appeared in a lot of trash over the years. This one features the hulking star as the chief villain, a barely-seen menace who lurks in the background before taking centre stage at the film's climax. A shame, then, that the production is so terrible, so much so that this isn't even worthwhile for fans of the actor.

Made on an indie budget, this is one of those productions with little sense and no originality at all. The usual mundane young couple move into a new home only to discover that it belonged to a deceased drug lord and that there's contraband hidden in the walls. The rest of the movie is set over a single night as they unrealistically fight off drug dealers with murder in mind. It's one of those films where characters are beaten and shot repeatedly to no adverse effect, and the pacing is interminable. I hated every minute of it.
