Honestly after watching both versions, The Disappearance of Alice Creed is much better.
I have nothing against reading subtitles, in fact I enjoyed listening to the Dutch, but the casting was way off for this one.
I thought that all three main characters fit better in the British version. Alice had more personality, Vic was a thug yet we saw his tender side other than an intense kissing scene, and Danny looked like he could be someone's prison bitch as well as Alice's lover. Sorry but other than the submissive eyes Rico never looked like he was all that in it.
Also, the flourescent lighting in Alice, compared to the dark rooms of Reckless, made for a more intense interrogation room feel.
