This Doraemon 2D cartoon film on the moon is great but I can't understand this Japanese movie.

Warning: Spoilers
I have watched Doraemon: Nobita's Chronicle of the Moon Exploration 2019, on youtube on one of those fan video posts.

It's about this blue robot cat Doraemon who goes to the moon through a portal door with his friend Nobita. They meet a new friend Luka who literally has rabbit ears and so does his alien colony. Nobita and his school friends go visit the moon and into a dome city of rabbit aliens. They get attacked by a giant alien lizard rabbit. Nobita gets lost in the cave and his friends go search for him, eventually he's found. Meanwhile an evil lord named Diabolo has his general Goddard and his 2 soldier guards go find Luka and his colony to kidnap them for experiments. Nobita and his friends go on a hovercar ride on the moon dodging obstacles, suddenly, Luka and his sister and family gets kidnapped by Goddards soldier who takes them away in a rocket ship. Doraemon and his friends goes in the hot air balloon in outer space to another planet which is under martial law by Goddards soldiers and the people on that planet are homeless. Nobita and his friends sneak aboard on Diabolos spaceship, they attack the guards and rescue Luka and his friends from test tubes. Goddard betrays Diabolos and fights his security robots. They eventually defeat Diabolos and Luka says goodbye to Nobita who goes back home to their lives.

First of all I enjoyed this film, but I could not understand a word they were saying, second there's no English subtitles and I was very confused as to what was going on in the film. Also there's some brief nudity in this cartoon.

Also I don't understand how Nobita and his kid friends can be on the moon without a spacesuit, they would freeze to death and die on the moon, also why aren't they bouncing on the moon? Their weight would be 6 times lighter than the Earth weight. It reminds me of the Bug's Bunny 1948 cartoon short Haredevil Hare where he doesn't wear a spacesuit.

Also how can they fly in outer space in a hot-air-balloon? It wouldn't work, they should've used a rocket spaceship which would've been more practical to use in outer space.

If the Toho company or other Japanese companies involved with this Doraemon reads this review, please have them either make an official English subtitle version or an official English dub version with English voice actors, I can't understand Japanese very well. And please have the credits in English so I know who the voice actors, musicians are since I can't read Japanese very well. Also I want it to be officially available for North American on official download websites like Amazon Prime or other streaming services or on DVD, Blu-ray.

For the rating of this movie I would rate it PG-13: for brief nudity, cartoon violence, some scary scenes, peril.
