Imagine evil Toxie, assuming Michael Myers permagenda to "come home," all set in the schlockiest of Friday the 13th movies, and done by Troma-light.
This movie isn't a cinematic masterpiece or to be taken seriously. It's just a good time with some good gorey kills (ranging in absurdity), with throwback style abundance of boobs. Halloween-style flicks range, few are masterful (Carpenters original, Dark Knight of the Scarecrow), most fall into the mundane, and some descend into kill me now and end this atrocity level of bad (House of Fears, IMO). This film plays to its strengths and never gets too serious, it is just a blast of a good time (Friday the 13th meets Troma-lite seems apt).
7/10 on a Halloween-film scale. Definitely above the mundane and an excellent low budget slasher by numbers, surprising given THE ASLYUM with this being their first production I could even finish
