Season 2 is insane. It's just as good as the movies if not better. What makes it different from the movie is that we don't only see what happens on Purge night but also what happens during the days leading up to it.
It masterfully shows how the Purge shapes society. And this is how this show stands out. It's quite brutal though so only people who can stomach horror movies will probably like this.
I like the show there hasn't been a dull moment in the series as all the storylines are interesting. I can't wait until the next episode.
