Warning: Spoilers
Accidentally gored in the final scene of the previous episode by Roger's Viking hat, Rafael Delgado is holed up in the Hubbard House like Monty Woolley in "The Man Who Came to Dinner". Prevent him from being able to full price in the upcoming Hospital benefit in Mexico City, and Eve suggests a musical benefit which ends up with them longside Desi and special guests Desi Arnaz Jr. , Desi Jr. is not playing Desi Sr.'s son, but the local grocery store delivery boy has a talent for playing the drums."Bobbalu?", Sr. says. "Never heard of it."

Dressed up in an outfit that makes them look like "Up With People", the Hubbards and Buells get to go to Mexico City and perform with both Desi's, and Jesse senior sings "A Big Straw Hatv, a rousing production number. Number of musical episodes they had done up to this point that producer / director Desi wasn't looking for reality, but light entertainment that gave its talented cast the opportunity to do what they did well. When d families attempt to do a Mexican style song and dance number, it's hysterically bad, but deliberately so. This shows why Desi as an actor and performer was much missed on television in the 1960's, and both guest performers make this a nearly excellent episode.
