This absolutely scandalous movie shows very well the problems of actual Russia. Nothing is missing: antisemitism, homophobia, sociopathy, middle age education refuting Darwin and evolution and let's not talk about teachers (all but one). The situation of "The Student" is so absurd! In any democracy he would, from the beginning, find himself in a mental institution. But obviously not in Russia. The only quality of the film is to show European countries (excluding eastern ones) what goes on in Russia. The danger, on the other hand, is that some other countries (who vote extreme right) would agree with part of the content, namely the religion aspect.
