This is a great role/performance by Chris Evans, delivered with authenticity.
The movie and by association the story its taken from is a really interesting one. As much as I love a courtroom drama, I liked the fact that they focused this time on the characters behind the case rather than the case itself. No truth to handle here! My only complaint is it feels a little uneven and that moments that could have had great drama and intensity were left a little flat, mostly (ironically) in the scenes featuring the director. Pivotal emotional happenings were largely meh for this character.
Otherwise a great movie.
