By 2003 I was in middle school being a guy who started making trouble in my neighborhood. That means TV time was deceasing.
I would watch a little bit of AGU: Rugratz.
It was cool to see them grown up and maturing. They dealt with social problems and didn't phase out into their unrealistic world of adventure. AGU was about real life.
It had a few good episodes with many improved characters.
What can be learned? Grow up to learn.
Verdict: Pretty decent show.
