Poor soundtrack almost spoils the experience
1 March 2021
Three stories are connected together in a spiral of violence in The Devil All the Time. I wasn't expecting much because of the unimpressive and poor soundtrack, which plays the same melody almost in every scene. If the film saw a different cut, with altered soundtrack and music to support the atmosphere and story it'd be four to five star film. However that's not all, the film suffers of the typical ADHD symptom of today. There's lots of characters and there's a great haste to tell the story when infact the film should slow down to be more impressive. Also narration tells even the most obvious things that the viewer should have already understood anyway.

In overall, even with the bad soundtrack and other issues the film is above average and was worth my time. Although with this content the film could have been a lot better than it actually is now.
