Usually a fan of Dolph Lundgren and feel as though he's never really got a chance to shine. This movie is indicative of the choices he makes unfortunately. I couldn't really follow the plot which seems to tie different people and events together only haphazardly. It's like the writer thought about action scenes but not any cohesive or compelling reason for them to be a movie. The few action scenes have that choppy editing and shaky cam to cover the fact that they are poorly done. Nothing ever seems adequately explained so it's hard to care. And loads of the movie are dark to make things even more muddled. Even at a merciful 79 minutes (minus credits) it's still too long.
