Warning: Spoilers
The Yugoslavian version of the events that led up to the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand, the event which of course sparked WW1. This is a rather low budget and shonky affair, a cheapo biopic for the most part, with brief battle sequences and lots of overacting from the east European cast members. Florinda Balkan, better known for her Italian films, plays in support but the main point of interest is Christopher Plummer as Ferdinand; he's fun here, but he's done better work elsewhere.
