"What's he pointing at"

Warning: Spoilers
One understands that the editor/director Peter Mervis wanted to make an exciting film but unfortunately all that the manic editing and random freeze frames do is exasperate the viewer, if not give them an epileptic fit. The car and bus chase (supposedly set in London but obviously not) had so many cuts I felt nausea rather than exhilaration. It took me fifteen minutes before I understood what was going on, and even then I was not sure. Basically it is a search for some Medici treasure and a tedious quest it turned out to be. It was not helped by mostly poor acting and a nonsensical plot. The characters had no depth. Lance Henriksen, with the obvious villainous name Dr Coven, was good as always but was hardly in it. The only thing that kept me watching until the end was a vain hope the movie might improve. And Nicole Sherwin's cleavage.
