Disappointing writing. The female lead is so unlikeable, it's hard to watch or want them to get together. Typical Hallmark fare: parents are going to sell hotel, they don't tell only daughter - who they are SO close to but they "can't seem to find the right time.". She finds out from the guy who is going to buy it - who happens to be someone she has feelings for. Instead of being angry with said parents, she blames the guy who is there to buy it and then proceeds to be rude and mean to him as punishment. She comes off as a spoiled brat, pouting and unhappy. He comes off as a genuinely nice guy. He begs her forgiveness more than once for something that wasn't his fault, she doesn't forgive him and is rude at every turn - until he tells her he had to leave. She then wants him to stay. He says he can't, and she huffs off again. He comes back at the end and suddenly it's love. Hard to figure out why he came back. Poor writing and poor plot, not worth even a one-time watch....
