Charming by name, charming by nature.
This is an above average Hallmark film, that benefits from the fact it fleshes out the supporting characters a little more. It's almost 'The Sisterhood of Travelling Pants', but with a Mrs Claus outfit.
It does take the female lead a long time to soften, and that might be off-putting (as is the moment where they clearly mute the sound when she goes to say 'Monopoly'), but apart from that this was everything you expect in a Hallmark Christmas film and a little more besides.
